Try this tonight: Smell the Flower, Blow the Candle

Make a soft fist with your right hand — that's your flower. Hold up your left hand — that's your candle.

  • Breathe in slowly through the nose — smell the beautiful flower!
  • Breathe out gently through the mouth — blow out the candle!

Repeat 5 times together. Children understand this immediately — no explanation needed. It calms the nervous system in under a minute and works wonders for bedtime struggles, after-school meltdowns, and moments of overstimulation.

This 8-week Rainbow Feelings program blends neuroscience with playful kids yoga. 7 colours. 7 emotions. 7 superpowers. Children learn with characters like Luma (love), Stripes (determination), and Little Fish & Turtle (calm) to put words to their feelings.

Parent-Child Bonding Yoga (ages 1.5–4)

A weekly moment that is truly yours together. No phone, no rush — just you and your toddler. Through playful yoga, music, and breathwork, you deepen your bond while your child learns early what it means to "be still inside." Parents tell us this is their favourite moment of the week.

Kids Yoga & Mindfulness (ages 5–9)

Weekly 45-minute sessions where your child learns to recognise, name, and regulate their emotions. Yoga poses woven into adventure stories, breathing games, creative journaling, confidence-building exercises, and the Rainbow Affirmation Song. Small groups for personal attention. After 8 weeks, parents see real differences in confidence, focus, and how their child handles frustration.
