Er is weer Casa Kinderen bij Casa Munganga in Amsterdam. Deze keer met Vivaldi for every child.... and season - door Amke Te Wies en Beatrice Miniaci.
Over de voorstelling
“Vivaldi 4 every child.. and season” is a small project dedicated to children based on Vivaldi four seasons, arranged for flute and cello. Four seasons is a group of four concerto grossi by Italian composer Antonio Vivaldi, each of which gives musical expression to a season of the year. Our aim for this project is to bring the audience with us in a journey over all the four season of the year through just one sense: audition!
Over Amke Te Wies
On the cello we have Amke Te Wies. Amke, only 13 years old when accepted at the Conservatory in Amsterdam under the tutelage of Maarten Mostert, became at young age a member of the Fancy Fiddlers led by Coosje Wijzenbeek, which challenged her to play and explore a lot of chamber music repertoire. After high school she continued her studies in Zurich with prof. Roel Dieltiens which is one of the most wonderful players at the time and made Amke inspired to go deeper in historical performance practice. In June 2017 she graduated from the Conservatory of Amsterdam, she continued her studies in historical performance practice with Jelena Oçic and Viola de Hoog.
Amke won several prices at het Prinzes Christina concours and Stichling Jong Muziek talent Nederland. In Oktober 2018 she won the 2nd prize at the cello biennale Amsterdam and the prize for the best performance of the commissioned piece.
Over Beatrice Miniaci
On the flute, Beatrice Miniaci. Beatrice was born in 1998 in Brescia, North Italy.
